- Analysis customer services data and report to Manager and Director.
- Support Manager to create action plans for Customer Services Department.
- Work with relative teams and sections to provide necessary support for Customer Service activities.
- Other works in Customer Services Department
- Working place: TOTO Vietnam – Hanoi Branch – Lotte Building, Lieu Giai Str., Hanoi.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female: University graduated
- Have experence working with data and planning.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Presentation)
- Customer Services mindset.
- English is a must (Japanese is an advantage)
- Active and able to manage multi-task under time pressure.
- Good team-player and eagle to learn.
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive mind and initiative action
- Have experence working with data and planning.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Presentation)
- Customer Services mindset.
- English is a must (Japanese is an advantage)
