Mô tả công việc
This position will report to : Head of Planning Department and HCM Planning Team Leader
a) Budget control:
- Develop and make short-term, long/mid-term plans and strategies for branch.
- Report and provide the necessary data, documents to management and proposal suitable plan to control branch’s business situation from time to time when there is any effect to branch’s business.
- Report branch business situation to Head Office.
- Annual Budget & Targets negotiation with H.O, and Annual reallocation Budget and Target to front offices.
- Control Gross Profit, Expense, KPI, Credit Cost, Pipelines. etc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Check and confirm monthly performance with ACC, CBDs, TRD and PDAPD.
- Forecast branches performance, KPI to have necessary actions, campaigns, proposals to MNG, and front office.
b) New product:
- Investigate, develop new products.
- Main in charge to launch new products with the help of the relevant departments.
- Control and follow the situation of the new product after launching until the operation of new product become smoothly.
c) Study meetings and others relates new rules on Budget control and Management strategies:
- Support and serve as a bridge between the departments of branches, and between branch and Head Office.
- Ad-hoc request from Management
- SBV reports: Credit growth report, Business situation report, and ad-hoc.
- Support front offices on understanding H.O incentives, funding premium, risk asset, commitment rules.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proficiency in MS Office i.e Excel/ Power Point.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Understanding on banking organization
- Knowledge in financial product.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Economics analysis, data analysis, Business model or more
- >= 4 years, in which >= 2 years in planning or planning related position
- Understand general planning section.
- Experience in data analysis.
