Planning - Purchasing Staff

1. Job description
- Order materials to suppliers (both oversea and local) based on production plan
- Develop new material sample to meet production requirement
- Negotiate with supplier to have competitive price and service
- Contract/Purchase Order/Supplier management
- Control material shipments to meet production plan and save logistics fee
- Finding, screening and developing new suppliers
- Check BOM, make MCR (Material Consumption Report) and other reports required
- Prepare payment vouchers to submit to Accounting Section
- Coordinate with Logistics team to import materials
- Coordinate with Warehouse team to manage materials
- Work directly with sub-factories about orders, materials, material consumption
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

2. Qualifications/Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Economic, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
- Experience in Procurement in EPE
- Experience in EPR system, Navision is a plus
- Experience in/or have good knowledge about Logistics
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading)
- Excellent on computer skills: Excel/Word/Outlook…
- Excellent analyzing, reporting, negotiation, planning, communication, teamwork and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of raw material, production process, purchasing order, delivery management, cost & quality
- Experience in/or knowledge about BSCI, ISO
- Ability to work under pressure and overtime
