OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensure accuracy in planning to provide raw materials for producing the right type, quantity and time
Ensure finished products to sales and inventory.
Main responsibility:
1. Planning for factory production to ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation.
2. Balance for materials inventory and propose purchase of raw materials to ensure continuous production
3. Monitoring and tracking raw materials usage compared to plan and finished products inbound to the warehouse.
4. Report implementation progress of the production plan and the use of materials periodically.
5. Make data statistics of materials delivery between production and warehouse departments, conduct the counting materials periodically.
6. Participate in process improvement to reduce the consumption of raw materials, packaging for production.
7. Other related tasks assigned by Operations Manager/ Planning Supervisor.

• Graduating from College, University in Economy or equivalent
***Competence/ skills:
• Good inter-personnel skills
• Technical knowledge: computer for office
• English at pre-intermediate level
