Planning Officer

Confirm local order’s readiness
Check & feedback supply ability of local orders base on current resources within 3 working days When receive new orders

Weekly production planning
- Make weekly production plan to supply for sale demand base on production capacity, raw material readiness, order confirmation and inventory policy
- Upload weekly production plan into SAP system
- Ensure the reasonable of plan to get the consensus of Production team Weekly

Coordinate the production plan
- Track for pushing vendors and relevant departments/teams to ensure the production plan is proceeded smoothly
- Cooperate with Production team to revise plan in case of late delivery of material, packaging (both soft file and SAP system)
- Cooperate with related teams to solve raw material issues so that production plan is proceeded smoothly Weekly/Daily

Perform periodic reports
- Other reports requested by Supervisor/ Manager Periodic/ When occur
Control product change/upgrade
Update and control product change/upgrade in production plan to match confirmed change/upgrade and minimize SLOB Periodic/ When occur.

Material planning
• Calculate and issue Purchase requisition to ensure local packaging and importing finished goods delivered on time with reasonable stock level
• Update weekly delivery plan to supply for weekly production plan
• Coordinate with relevant teams (Purchasing, Production, Production Planning) to keep the supply in right track and solve issues/problems (if any)
• Issue rolling forecast to suppliers

Delivery plan
• Base on stock availability, customer request and loading capacity to manage delivery plan for exporting goods
• Work with relevant teams (Production Planning, Production, Im-export, Warehouse) to ensure the loading schedule

Master data controlling (plant view)
• Create SAP data for new SKU
• Period check to update/correct master data
Others
- Fulfill other tasks requested by Supervisor/ Manager When occur

a. Academic level/qualifications
• University graduated
• English communication skills
• Microsoft office
b. Experience:
• Over 2 years working in planning and production planning (manufacturing companies)
c. Others:
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Communicate well in English, especially writing skill
• Have knowledge/ experience of SAP is an advance
• Statistics and analysis skills
• Can work under high pressure
• Full of enthusiasm with job. Be careful, prompt action & agile
