Mô tả công việc
- Management of After-sales Planning & Marketing department which will be newly established to improve and expand After-sales business.
- This department will be the key to control and make direction to improve parts and service operation
- This position is expected to have well experience and deep knolwledge for After-sales
- Data analysis and presentation skill is also very important to convince related department as well as our partner dealership management too.
- Business planning
- Parts & service KPI/ Data analysis
- Target KPI setting/ review/ follow-up
- Marketing activity/ policy making
- New product introduction for Aftersales
- IT improvement for Aftersales operation
- Report consolidation/ KPI report, etc.
- Parts marketing & marketing information collection
- Monthly reports
- Cooperating with internal related department
- Other assignment requested by Parts Manager & Parts GM
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated with related major
- 3 -5 year experience in Planning & Marketing in After-sales business in distributor
- Knowledge of After-sales business planning & marketing? KPI management & improvement (with at least 2-3 year experience at managerial position)
- Good command of English in both written & spoken and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based
- Good literacy of MS Office
- high skill on data analysis
- Others: Creative, Honest, Careful & Good Working Attitude

Salary range (VND)
Around 50,000,000 VND + allowance
