JOB PURPOSE:
- Follow End to End flow from material shipment from Supplier, production processing to Finish goods delivery to Customer, means to follow and action to keep the deadline to deliver to Customer.
- Manage and solve the Master Planning and material Supply activity for Liquid Workshop to assure the business continuity without interruption or Out of stock.
- Coordinate and drive the stake holder like Production, Purchasing, warehousing, market supply chain, distribution, quality, or support services to supply and deliver goods in time for market.
- Leadership role in manage the Planning team to finish their tasks effective including training, coaching to give a value and competencies in maintaining transparency, integrity and compliance with established rules, SOP and regulations.
- Follow and manage the global KPI (Key performance Indicator) and drive the department goal.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Master production scheduling (MPS) management
- Follow material shipment from Supplier, Customs clearance, quality testing, production processing, and Finish goods delivery to Customer, detecting and solving all the issues during these processes to avoid any interruptions of production and keep business without OOS.
- Contact market supply chain, marketing to capture sales forecast, demand, variation gap, promotion events or any information which impact to supply planning to take action in time to ensure the supply and delivery.
- Interaction other related departments like Market Supply Chain (MSC), Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Manufacturing excellence (ME)…to capture the new related information, issues to drive them to solve the impact to supply plan OTIF (On time in Full).
- Lead and organize the related meeting (MPS), other monthly, weekly meeting with related departments (MSC , Production, Quality Assurance {QA}, Maintenance, Quality Control {QC}, ME) to control the supply status and solving issues.
- To make and review the yearly budget, tendency, LRP of finished goods (FG), material, related KPI (Inventory, ISL, PCT, SLA {Service Level agreement}), and any tasks to support for Budget submission.
- Support the business strategies change or opportunities. Capture any engineering changes, production line, new product launches to add in plan for material and production as well.
- Support the validation plan by supply material and add in production plan as well.
2. Material requirement plan (MRP) management
- To manage the RM and PM supply for Liquid workshop and validation plan to avoid any rupture of material for production. Manage the self-life, MOQ, supply frequency, stock policy to minimize QC test, Inventory and the write off.
- Analyse the ABC class and stock policy to set and reach the target of Inventory.
- Make the material tasks for Budget material submission like Inventory, quantity, values.
- Manage the provision and write off to minimize the unnecessary slow moving products, over supply, waste.
- Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
3. SAP system capture
- Capture and maintain the MPS, MRP system in SAP.
- Maintain the MPS, MRP and material master data to assure running plan in SAP system smoothly.
- Create and deactivate code management.
4. General management requirement
- Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates: Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including coaching, developing and helping others to improve their knowledge or skills and setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees in an organization.
- Developing and Building Teams -- Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings: Monitoring and reviewing information materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems and making Decisions and Solving Problems.
- Manage the performance and competencies of PSC team related to compliance of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and propose the improvement Way of working.
- Ownership the PSC tasks like doing master production schedule (MPS) leveling, reports related to Year to date (YTD) activities, issues highlight and solving, KPI up to date.
- Take care and join the operation of Plant Supply Chain to support GMP, audit (Internal audit, GMP audit, HSE audit, MOH audit) and Lean project. Manage the team activities for follow compliance of legal, HSE, Security, GMP and obey all the internal or external SOP and regulation.
- Making and manage the all related SOPs, job description, job assignment, objective, performance evaluation, administration tasks of PSC departments and ensure all activities are compliant with standard reporting requirements and audits.
- Participate the project related the inventory, material process, planning, simplification, Lean... or improved supply chain processes

1. Education: University Degree related to Economic fields (Finance; Business Administration, Foreign trade, Industrial Management, Supply chain Management, Commerce...).
2. Related experience:
- Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems (MPS, MRP, PP, MM modules)
- FMCG, Pharma or Food industries experience (referable).
- GMP knowledge experience (Referable).
- Experience of Supply and Material Planning.
- SAP system fluency (module PP).
