Sales & Operation Planning:
• Lead and execution in operation planning process through Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) meeting
• Coordinate across function for making production schedules, such as production, purchasing, warehouse and relevant departments
Planning:
• Plan, prepare, issue and control production schedules and the material requirement to ensure a control flow of materials are released to meet production requirements
• Manage stock to control raw material and products volume can be served on time
• Review and analyst production schedule for improvement or optimizing investment cost
• Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts
• Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements
Production schedule:
• Manager production schedules for manufacture
• Prepares production reports
• Prepares lists of required materials, tools, and equipment
• Purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment
Others task assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain planning, sales forecasting, or financial analysis, demonstrated experience with Sales and Operations Planning
• Self-confident and Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal customers
• Good leadership skill
• Good at MS Office, ERP/SAP
• Analytical skills and Data accuracy
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Good decision - making and problem-solving skill
• Able to manage conflicts well
• Well-versed in speaking & written English communication
