Overall responsibility
Prepare and analyze the materials requirement to ensure that production has complete materials to avoid production shutdown. Analyze and prepares actions to meet or achieve materials inventory target.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare Supply materials plan based on the budget as well as net requirements from annual and monthly Purchase Plan / Purchase Order from Customers & Company.
2. Supply Planning operations
• Prepare Materials Purchase Plan based on the PO from Customers.
• Follow up status of PO and production output
• Inform and follow up delivery
• Manage inventory stocks to ensure available materials at Production.
• Prepare PR for materials
• Conducts regular weekly production meeting for production status and material issues related to the production plan.
• Manages materials inventory to reduce stocks through inventory analysis of slow, non-moving stocks, lead-time and MOQ of suppliers.
3. Participate in project team
• Prepare master data for ERP
• Perform other tasks related to supply chain operations assigned by CSCO/CEO from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Degree:
• Bachelor degree of business management or Engineering
2. Skills:
• High level of computer literacy especially Excel and ERP systems
• Analytical
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal communication with other departments
• English Level: Average – written and verbal
3. Experiences:
• At least 1 year experience in demand or supply planning position
• In manufacturing environment, knowledge and experience about MRP and ERP process.
Work place : Lô I-8B, đường CN11, nhóm CN1, KCN Tân Bình, P. Sơn Kỳ, Quận Tân Phú
