Planning Executive (Material Resource Planning)

1. Based on Demand Planning to make weekly/daily sufficient Master Production Scheduling (MPS) as follows:
+ Allocate volume weekly and monthly based on AOP;
+ Lead/ align with other functions to manage well the Sales demand, capacity of production, maintenance schedule to deliver accurate weekly /monthly production plan;
+ Lead/ align with other functions to executive new product /promotion program as schedule committed;
+ NORM of FG/ OTIF index/ FCST Accuracy basis.

2. Control /supply 100% raw materials (raw & packaging material included) to achieve production volume as follows:
+ Based on MPS to deploy Material Resource Planning (MRP) to deliver RMs Inventory Norm to meet DII target;
+ Ensure sufficient supply through managing AW change;
+ Manage and control Slow Moving Inventory, also conduct preventive action to minimize Obsoblete / WO;
+ Co-ordinate with supplier/procurement/operation team for RM call-off, handle shipment issues

3. Control and release Blanket Purchase Order as RM receiving demand through MRP system

4. Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)/ MRP system/process implementation and enhancement
+ Closely apply MRP system in planning field.
+ PA system master data owner: ensure accurate master data to deliver system output result good quality;

5. Strictly follow Company Policy & COC regarding Labor time, OHS policy, I2C process, etc

6. Other relevant duties/assignments from line managers.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Economics or Finance field.
At least 2 years in similar positions in supply chain management. FMCG experiences, MRP System & SAP knowledge are preferred.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of sales and operation, demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, and manufacturing capacity management.
Excellent in planning & forecasting aspect.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate with and facilitate cross-functional teams involving multiple competing tasks and goals.
Ability to anticipate/define problems, collect and analyze data..
Ability to make well thought out decisions under stressful and conflicting situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office (VBA /SQL programing preferred)
