- Quản lý việc lập kế hoạch sản xuất và kế hoạch vật tư hàng quý/ hàng tháng/ hàng tuần nhằm đáp ứng đơn đặt hàng của khách hàng
Be in charge of making and monitoring quarterly/monthly/weekly production planning and material planning to meet the customer’s orders.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính về việc xác định và xây dựng bảng công suất của Nhà máy
Take lead in building the capacity plan for the plant
- Liên tục nghiên cứu và phân tích các phương pháp, quy trình sản xuất nhằm cải thiện và nâng cao hiệu suất sản xuất, giảm thiếu chi phí sản xuất liên quan đến sai sót vật tư, năng suất giảm; đánh giá hiệu suất của Nhà máy so với hệ thống kiểm soát sản phẩm của Tập đoàn
Constantly identify and analyze better methods, processes and procedures focused on increasing the plant’s efficiency and reducing production costs related to misassortment, obsolete materials, capacity constraints, and capacity vs. products management system of the Corporation
- Kiểm soát kế hoạch sản xuất và kế hoạch vật tư đảm bảo đúng theo hệ thống quản lý sản phẩm
Control the plant mix helped by the Planner and the Material Management System that should be matched with the product management system.
- Lập kế hoạch phát triển nhân viên, đánh giá khả năng thực hiện công việc, định hướng công việc cho nhân viên
Manage and develop its personnel by applying development plans, performance evaluations, directions, etc.
- Tổ chức các buổi họp nội bộ hàng tuần nếu cần
Coordinate weekly meetings as needed
- Quản lý phòng Kế hoạch sản xuất và phối hợp với Bộ phận sản xuất nhằm thực hiện các mục tiêu về sản xuất
Achieve production planning requirements in order to fulfill service in coordination with Production Planning and Production Departments
- Phối hợp với Phòng Nhân sự để lập kế hoạch đào tạo và phát triển cho nhân viên
Coordinate with Human Resources on specific training for the Planning Department
- Kiểm soát và theo dõi kế hoạch vật tư, đảm bảo cung cấp đủ vật tư cho sản xuất
Lead and monitor the material supplies to ensure non-stop production
- Kiểm soát số lượng đơn đặt hàng và hiệu suất của Nhà máy nhằm tránh lập kế hoạch không phù hợp với năng lực sản xuất
Monitor orders vs. capacity to avoid potential overproduction/underproduction
- Luôn luôn cập nhật tình trạng hiệu suất và tiến trình thực hiện kế hoạch từ bộ phận sản xuất
Keep contact with the plant production team regarding capacity and production status

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành May mặc hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan khác
Bachelors in Garment or other related fields
- Từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương. Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến kế hoạch sản xuất và kế hoạch vật tư
From 5 years experiences in similar position. At least 02 years of experience in production planning and material planning
