• Review architecture designs from contractors
• Collaborate with QS to write specifications for finishing materials and works
• Select finishing materials and support PM to check during construction
• Design initial concept and implement it to design consultants or contractors
• Consult directly with tenants to determine a project’s needs and tenant specifications for design adjustment when required
• Contact municipal building department and government agency officials for approvals
• Visit sites regularly to check on progress
• Join and discuss the objectives, requirements and budget of the projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in English
• Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office
• More than 5 years’ experience in design architect
• Industrial experience
• Architectural Knowledge
• Proficient in English
• Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office
• More than 5 years’ experience in design architect
