Mô tả công việc
Key Tasks
• Run the sales and operations planning process / Enable any ad-hoc management reporting as needed
• Be a gateway from country to regional office on product features as needed and from regional office to country on what is implemented
• Update product spec document with every update of product roadmap, ops changes; Ensure each of above changes result in an appropriate change in Ops/ Commercial inputs (for egg an increased SLA implies a higher revenue if plausible)
• Ensure the product spec document is adequately communicated to our key stakeholder (including customers) and ensure product roadmap advancements are implemented in country (in sales/ ops/ onboarding, etc.)
• PMO all cross functional projects for the country
Key Accountabilities
• Ensure an arduous sales and operations planning process ensuring sales and operations are planning based on same data and forecasts. Ensure a data driven approach is taken to plan future business
• Updated product spec document at all times; Ensure product roadmap changes are implemented on the ground
• Ensure clear communication with respect to features roadmap between regional and country offices; Ensure key projects are timely executed
Business modelling
• Ensure business is modelled to requisite detail
• Ensure country business model is updated on a monthly basis
• Ensure key levers are identified to bridge the gap/ improve country business performance on a regular basis
• Run all cross functional projects - bring transparency and ensure all project risks are adequately addressed.
• Drive key stakeholders to ensure higher ROI / more strategic projects are prioritized effectively
Communication
• Clearly communicate key business levers which are outcome form the business model
• Constructively challenge senior stakeholders on next actions based on business model outcome
• Constructively challenge Sales and Operations leads on sales and operations planning process
• Provide timely and regular project updates in a clear and concise fashion which are action oriented
• Constructively challenge Ops and Commercial on why a change in product specs should mean a pricing change/ change in ops processes
Project management
• Ensure key levers identified during the business modeling/ sales and ops planning process are acted on in a timely fashion
• Ensure all product spec revisions are communicated to customers/ performance management team, etc.
• Ensure product roadmap updates result in tangible business for countries
• Ensure product spec document is updated in all details in a proper structure
• Ensure Commercial updates all their sales mandates accordingly
• Ensure Ops updates all their SOPs based on updates on product spec documents

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 1-2 years experience in express/ last mile business good to have but not compulsory
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in product management/ PnL management/ budgeting process/ annual planning process/ business monitoring would benefit
Education / Qualification / Certification Requirements
• Bachelor degree in business related discipline
• Strong data analysis skill and Excel Skill
• Good presentation skill and problem solving skill
• Tech savvy and eager to learn the new things
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in product management/ PnL management/ budgeting process/ annual planning process/ business monitoring would benefit
