Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE:
- Analyze and make plan for FC Channel Expansion
- Make FC channel policy & documentation (annex)
- Standardize FC channel
- Do renovation (new & maintenance)
- Conduct FC launching program
- Collect customer data base
- Monitor allocated A&P budget
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Family channel renovation execution
- Execute Family channel renovation follow strictly FC expansion strategy & criteria). Motivate dealers, brand footprint.
- Re-new FC stores which expired & maintain good business relationship. Increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance: Receiving inquiry from dealer/ sales with photo. For repair cases, use cash support method
2. Family channel supporting program
- Birthday
- Launching promotion/ event liase with Sales team to execute supporting program for dealers. Response solution for dealer and raise epicor proposal.
- Family channel POP: + 100% follow brand manual design & time line
3. POP visit:
+ 100 % follow brand manual design
+ Approach new dealers, gain new sales, open new accounts
4. Signboard support:
+ 100 % follow brand manual design
+ Applies for current dealers with sales contribution >=50 pcs/ month (3 continuous months) – PSR, TBR
+ Supporting method: cash support/ BS vendor. 30 working days since collecting all document >> payment for dealers/ vendor
5. Monitoring:
- Monitor allocated A&P budget;
6. Reporting:
- Business project activities reports as assigned;
7. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned:
- Asist Leader to contribute for BSTVN with new strategy/direction.
- Brainstorm together with other team to build P&M action plan & improvement plan
- Support for internal activities;
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Education: University Degree in Business, Marketing or Economics
*Experience:
Relavant working experience in Trade MKT, Project management including planning, execution, measurable, and preferable in working at automotive or spare-part company before
Good coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Have technical background with understanding & experience
Work experience in sales position in automotive industry is a plus
*Skills:
- Good at English (reading & writing);
- Project management;
- Critical thinking;
- Well and clear communication skill;
- Proactive and responsible;
- Teamwork skill;
* Language: Fluent (speaking and writing) in English and Vietnamese
* Others: Willing to go for business trip and work under pressure
*Experience:
