1. TV P&L Control
Working closely with TV business both operation and management for support and provide TV business performance analysis to management
• Participate in TV business planning (budget and forecast) with Marketing team
• Communicate and provide support & finance advice to TV business team (Marketing and Sales)
• Interpret and evaluate TV data and present the findings to management for decision making purpose
• Provide TV forecast and actual analysis to management for performance tracking and counter-action making purpose
• Other related ad-hoc reports
2. Inventory management
Inventory freshness and devaluation review
• Monthly Inventory report
• Quarterly Inventory Day
• Quarterly Inventory devaluation review
• Other Inventory related ad-hoc reports
3. Internal Control / Company operation process review:
Company internal process and control review for all Company operations
• Ensure Company processes as per standard policy and procedure to support internal control system as well as compliance in overall
• Review to improve current processes or practices where necessary, for better efficiency.
• Inter- department liaison to enhance collaboration, internal control as well sufficient supports of Accounting & Control Department to other functions in the company.
4. Other ad-hoc projects:
• Control or related projects owner to have well-planning for business expansion/changes
• Liaise with Regional Planning and Control team for figure clarification and explanations
• Participate in Company annual budget preparation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Recognized qualifications in Finance/Accounting, with a Bachelor of Art or equivalent, preferable Finance or Accounting certificate such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc.
• Minimum 5 year-experience in a MNC/international company with strong technical accounting, analysis and reporting skills and deep understanding of business operations
• Advanced MOS, especially Excel and technology savvy with experience in SAP System.
• Strong leadership with good skills in organizing, presentation & supporting to coordinate with all internal parties.
• Result and improvement orientation
• Well planned and followed up, hands-on, and committed
• Possesses high integrity and energy with the ability to move well in a fast-paced organization
• Good communication in both spoken and written English
