- Make work schedule for operation team and follow-up;
- Ensure material availability for job execution;
- Spare parts management: issueing, receiving, re-ordering and review;
- Operational administrative tasks:
+ preparation of purchase requests/ orders,
+ communication letters to clients,
+ reporting
- Set-up and control filing system;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have a university degree;
- Any certificates which support the job application is a plus
- A multi-year background in a planning environment is a must;
- Experience in purchasing is a must;
- Experience with Computer Maintenance System is a plus
- Exprience with power operation business is a plus
- Proficient experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint is a must;
- Good communication skill in writing, reading and speaking in Vietnamese and English is a must;
