Planner/ Scheduler

Job Descriptions:
• Work closely with Clients and Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules of projects.
• Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base line, status, and perform measurement baseline.
• Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: milestone charts and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
• Frequent on-site visits to review execution progress required.
• Planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of maintenance at workshops.
• Work in collaboration with project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
• Maintain accurate records/paperwork.
• Facilitate and participate in schedule reviews.
• Perform other tasks requested by Managers

Requirements:
Planner/ Scheduler: Quantity : 02 ( 1 for Thanh Hoa, 1 for Quang Ngai)
• Male;
• University degree or equivalent;
• 1 year of experience in oil & gas projects or refinery overall maintenance projects is preferable;
• Good level at communication in English both oral and written;
• Efficiency with Computer skills and competency in using PRIMAVERA P6;
• Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required.
