Planner Production Control Staff

1. Manage orders which receive from sale department, to ensure all orders are issue purchase request timely
2. Material order must be followed:
- Order requirement
- Optimize by number of end (depend running area and kind of tape)
- Optimize size of cone to ensure less winding job to production
3. Review and calculate RM requirement to common items and keep optimize stock level
- To ensure not lacking material for stock items
- Optimize stock level
4. Control purchase order to ensure RM are available on time
- Work with purchase team to ensure supplier commit meet with requirement date
- Update and inform to team about delay list due to purchase process
5. Keep communicate with LAB/ QA to update IQC result
6. Control inventory level
7. Take monitoring Non-Moving stock
8. Order and control chemical substance using in finishing process
9. Order and control data of reeds using in production
10. Order and control ink for printing process

1. University graduate
2. Logical thinking
3. English ability with 4 skills (listing, writing, speaking and reading)
4. Good communicate with team and other departments
5. Negotiate skill is requirement
6. Computer skill in good at excel, word, power point
7. Driver team skill
8. Team work
