- Position/ Title: Planner
- Section: Planner
- Department: Supply Chain
- Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
- Manager: Supply Chain Manager
1. YÊU CẦU CHUNG (GENERAL REQUIREMENT)
• Prepare proper material planning to ensure adequate materials supply for production "
• Control and follow up with material purchase schedule and optimize the use of stock materials for production.
• Update and maintain database regarding material planning
2. CÔNG VIỆC VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM (RESPONSIBILITY)
• Get information from Prepress and Technical Department for material consumption calculation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Department to check material arrival status and actual inventory quantity.
• Coordinate with QA department for finished goods packing instructions.
• Check material purchase status with Purchasing Department in order to properly plan the production schedules.
• Get actual material consumption information from production to properly adjust the calculated material allocation.
• Calculate and prepare weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual material planning.
• Prepare and validate reports.
• Others tasks assigned by HOD.

• Suggest problems, risks and solutions for purchasing tasks.

o Graduated from Colleague, University.
4.2 Qualification
o Labor law and Gorvement regulations.
o Company regulation and labor commitments
o Printing techniques, other procedures concerned with production.
o Procedures, standards for checking qualities as ISO 9001, BRC.
o Targets, quality policies, including responsibilities and rights.
o Labor safety, labor accident avoiding.
o Others concerned with goods, material.
4.3 Skills:
o Neatly, detail, flexible and truthful
o Honest, careful, hard-working.
o Proficient in Microsoft office
o Reporting skills.
o Communication skills.
4.4 Experience
o At least 01 year experience at the same position
