Position: Planner
Reporting to: Plant Manager
Location: Binh Duong, VietNam

I- JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE
To assist Plant Manager in planning production/logistics to meet customer delivery and Plant Performance report

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* SAP Usage
- Support plant manager in collecting daily data to introduce in SAP (like production data)
- Attend SAP training jointly with other plant users
- Help SAP plant users with system tasks during several months after Go-Live

* Production Planning
Responsible to transform P&G forecast and daily order into production plan to ensure machine producing goods available for delivery. In order to do that, the planner needs to:
- Daily update deliver order of P&G
- Daily update the master plan with production figures of 8 blowing machines, the production shift report, goods delivery quantity from the delivery report, and reject quantity from QA report.
- Daily update stock of available goods for delivery by collecting information from warehouse report and reject quantity from QA report
- From monthly forecast and actual delivery, make calculation of raw materials, secondary packaging requirement for production and create purchase order
- Have daily meeting with production process and warehouse managers to review production execution, to update maintenance process requirements that might require machines stop
- Daily physical check machine production status to ensure the execution following the commitment production plan

* Reports
KPIs report
Assist plant manager in preparation the monthly production and stock, KPIs report which has to send to Head Quarter in Portugal before every month. This task requires:
- Collect figures of volume, downtime from shift production report over month
- Collect figures of quality complaints from QA report
- Calculate all KPIs according the Logoplaste principles
- To be responsible for validation of data needed for monthly KPIs report generated by SAP

Raw material receipt, consumption, production and delivery report to HQ
- To do monthly reports to send to HQ in time
- To check and close at the month end all above figures

II- PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- Bachelor of economy, industrial business administration
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Computer skills, good in using Microsoft Office excel, power point, word
- Fluent speaking and writing English
- Experiences in using SAP, manufacturing planning, procurement and customer service is preferred
