Planner

• To stand at a main coordinator with Factory teams, Back Office teams and Customers for the follow up of the orders.
• To discuss the orders ship dates with the Sales team
• To provide to the customer the status of their orders
• To discuss and see to apply special requests of customers on their orders
• To place booking for customers’ quality inspections based on actual production status
• To perform detailed follow up for special orders or customers (with regular reviews with Management)
• To provide frequent reports to management and sales on status of strategical customers’ orders.

Quantity: 01 (Priority for candidates who lives in Yen Dung or Bac Giang)

• We are more looking for a “know-to-be” than a “know-how”. Dynamism, Responsible mind, eagerness to Learn and to Develop and ease of Communication are key for this position.
• At least 1-year experience in coordination tasks.
• Good English is necessary (communication with foreign managers, foreign colleagues and customers)
• Good practice of Excel is necessary
• Experience in planning or customer service
• Experience in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a plus

• Monthly gross salary is 7.717.500VND, negotiable based on experience.
