Placement Test Assistant, Hanoi

*Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will need to:
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to plan and deliver the excellent placement test services to all Teaching centre’s customers.
- Create placement test slots on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and make them ready for students to book in advance, as agreed with Branch Managers.
- Create students ID with high accuracy, book rooms for placement tests, arrange for testers and invigilators as well as manage and prepare placement test materials.
- Support the Manager in recruiting and training invigilators, support the wider Sales and Customer Management team and coordinate with the Teaching Centre Accounting team to make payment for testers and invigilators.

The ideal candidate should have:
- An Undergraduate degree in any field.
- The ability to speak and write English and Vietnamese fluently.
- At least 1-year experience in administration and customer services.
- Competent IT skills
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Experience of telephone selling to customers from both the South and the North of Vietnam
- Very good planning and problem solving skills
- The experience of working in the education industry, working with children and/or safe planning, organisation and delivery of activities for children to be a preferred candidate.

The teaching centres operate Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturday/Sunday from 8.30am to 5:30 pm. The post holder will be required to work a 5-day week on a shift system from Monday to Sunday. Evening and weekend work are required on a regular basis.
