Pizzahut-74 Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Scope:
SCM Supervisor will play a key role in SCM planning, data analysis and improvement action. S/he will also be responsible for project management assigned by SCM Manager including both purchasing and logistic, food and
non-food commodities

Key tasks:

1. Purchasing operations
 Input Purchase Order based on schedule request from stores/ office, monitory delivery with suppliers, inform stores on any issues/changes from supplier. Propose solutions for back up.
 Monitor quality issues and propose solutions for improvement/treatment.
 Look for product replacement / new items as requested by SCM management.
 Follow up supplier performances in term of delivery in time/ in full.
 Follow supplier performances in term of documents for payment.

2. Supply Chain Planning
 Build and maintain the BTO (Build To Order) to all store level satisfying the actual demand of the stores
 Generating weekly and monthly inventory and stock aging report and co-ordinate with the team for actions to reduce the risk of potential discard
 Prepare master plan of ingredients supply, including both import and local suppliers
 Ensure healthy stock level and continuous supply of food, non-food items and equipment. Optimize the carrying cost of inventory through regular review of stock levels and planning progress.
 Look for product replacement / new items as requested by SCM management.

3. SCM Data Analysis and Improvement
 Build nad maintain SCM matrix report which align with department KPI and target
 Maintain co-ordination within SCM department and others function to improve the SCM matrix results
 Play a key role in any CIP which help to improve the efficiency and reduce waste in the end to end supply chain process

4. Project Management: Co-ordinate with relevant team and general buyer ti build up and maintain a concrete purchasing model for new centralized commodities
 MRO purchasing
 POSM purchasing
 IT and Office supply.

5. Other duties assigned by SCM Manager

Education / Training Qualifications:
BA Degree, SCM or Purchasing is preferable
Local Vietnamese

Experience:
 Minimum 03 years experience in international and national procurement deals or supply chain/purchasing department
 Experience in F&B purchasing operations will be an advantage.
 Proven track record in supplier management, order management and inventory management
 Able to handle work pressure

Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
 High integrity and passion to work in a very fast paced industry
 English communication is preferrable, at least in writing
 Good MS office, presentation skills
 Good in communication & negotiation skill
 Structured and self-organized, time management
 Ability to analyze and work on data and figures
 Team player and Integrity
