Mô tả công việc
* Department: DO
* Factory: WTVN
* Duty and responsibilities:
1. Set up new production line: equipment, tooling, jig and fixture, indirect material standard time etc. manufacturing instruction
2. Process improvement for higher efficiency, better Quality and cost/cycle time reduction
3. Work with quality engineer to promote product quality
4. Monitor daily process flow smoothly, take immediate action for any out of control-quality on work
5. Supervise PIE technician for MI,jig and tool fixture design/building work
6. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard.
7. To compile with the safety procedure and requirements as laid down by the safety committee concerning
8. Responsible for the trial manufacturing of new model ( include MI & all procedures)
9. Execute and follow up Engineering Change Note (ECN) and Deviation Note (DN)
10. Generate line layout and re-layout to improve
11. Prepare /review working Instruction (WI)
12. Maintenance & Process experience automatic wave soldering machine(JT),repaneling machine and soldering robot
13. Spare parts manage & control
14. Find corrective action, preventive action based on Root cause analysis of Quality Complaints
15. Follow-up "Instantaneous Feedback Instaneous Corrective Action" (IFICA) on process/quality problem
16. Conduct training so as to ensure WI to be properly implemented

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Competencies and experiences requirement:
1. A Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience
2. Have the knowledge of TS16949, ISO9000 and SPC
3. Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001and EHS document.
4. Have the experience in JT wave soldering
5. Experience in Microsoft (MS) office (PPT, Excel & Word) and Auto cad for layout draw
6. Fluent in English [Spoken, Written and Read]
7. Experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industries
