Mô tả công việc
• Make training plan for Asia Pacific’s Dealers (Viet Nam, China, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Thailand, Hongkong, …);
• Carry out Technical Training for Vietnamese and Foreigner;
• Support to solve Technical problems in market;
• Evaluate trainees’ level annually;
• Monitor Dealer’s Human Resource;
• Manage Training Center (Vehicle & Tool & Equipment, ...);
• Training Document update;
• Prepare material’s training to Asia Pacific’s Dealers;
• Train dealers' technicians on PIAGGIO technology and vehicles;
• Do other tasks related to After-sales as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Good at communicating;
• Ability to do training and solve problem;
• Good at English: Speaking and Writing communications;
• At least 2 years experiences in Technical/ Engineer field;
• Ability to go on business trip;
• Team work spirit and business mindset;
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams & to build strong internal & external relationship;
