• Building Candidate pipelines, database (following the yearly manpower plan)
• Searching/screening for current and up-coming vacancies
• Interviewing/Selecting the right candidates for various level
• Utilizing sourcing channels, and recruiting tools
• Taking part in Employer Branding activities
• Enable Direct communications channel with Employees
• Be an advisor with related to internal HR matters

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-2 Years of relevant experience in recruitment/ headhunting in FMCG/ manufacturing environment
• Willingness to travel the extra mile for better recruitment service
• Good interpersonal skills with can-do attitude
• Good Business & Customer oriented mindset
• Good speaking and writing communications in English
