I.POSITION PURPOSE
• Control all materials, components & accessories procurement flow for business including cost management, supply stability maintain, new components development.
• Cost controlling to keep the low incoming price and to ensure the company’s high sales profit as well as the competitiveness and customer’s satisfaction in the market
• Maintaining the supplier’s relationship to ensure the good suppliers for company.
• Compare, analysis and negotiate prices to achieve the most competitive price level
• Ensure delivery, quality of all components smoothly.
II.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sourcing supplier including offer collection, negotiation, order…for the spare part components & accessories with competitive price and on time schedule to provide to dealers & customers at the soonest time.
• Coordinate with related Department (warehouse, QC, MC, Marketing, Sales…) to ensure on –time delivery & good quality for spare parts & accessories…
• Find out and realize cost reduction Ideas on spare part components with high sales volumes and turnover in order to increase sales profit for company.
• Maintaining the supplier’s relationship to ensure the good suppliers for company.
• Compare, analysis and negotiate prices to achieve the most competitive price level
• Ensure delivery, quality of all components smoothly.
• Negotiate with supplier to request price increase or higher much more than mass production prices.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree
• Proficient in English speaking and writing communications
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• General knowledge on purchasing scope of work, procedures & skills
• Proactive, detail & customer-oriented, time management, negotiation & problem solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams & to build strong internal & external relationship
