Mô tả công việc
• Prepare Purchasing Reporting in accordance to the timing and formats defined by the parent Company (P&C)
• Run analysis related but not limited to savings/efficiencies/raw material trends
• Prepare forecast situations
• Provide to the Purchasing Dept any additional report related to specific needs, to be defined time to time, for any additional evaluation
• Support buyers / management during the budget activities according to defined timetables
• Coordinate reporting/budget activities with P&C Purchasing reporting team
• Maintain/verify the Purchasing data bases (suppliers, component part number, product classes, share of business, …)
• Perform the role of the “key user” about the Company information systems issues: acquire Company information systems knowledge, support the buyers in troubleshooting about informatic issues
• Communicate with Internal Departments for any clarification and/or solving trouble outstanding related to the data loaded in the Company information systems

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree, preferable in Economics or Engineering
• Fresh or maximum 2 years of relevant experience in similar role
• Knowledge on Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
• Process mindset and not just focused on specific issue
• Proactive, customer oriented, negotiation & problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Curious
• Willing to work in team
• Good speaking and writing communication in English
• Preferable coming from Vinh Phuc Province
• Fresh or maximum 2 years of relevant experience in similar role
