Mô tả công việc
• Manage localization of the website for all brands;
• Check market website to ensure all information are correct and in place;
• Do monthly website performance tracking and sharing with Markets (via Dashboard and google analytics);
• Follow up and support local markets in fixing and improving the performance of website (via service desk);
• Coordinate markets and Headquarter to deploy customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns;
• Coordinate closely with the social media specialist to maximize efficiently linking social media and website;
• Coordinate closely with the social media specialist to enhance the efficacy of CRM campaigns through social media;
• Follow up the CRM campaigns result through KPIs reporting;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics;
• Advanced knowledge of CRM tools;
• Basic social media knowledge;
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in international companies;
• Good at English communication: Writing and speaking;
• Onboard after Tet Holiday.
