Mô tả công việc
• Assist the improvement of the current processes and systems, identify new structure and technology tools which will contribute to improve the performances and effectiveness of the Legal Department;
• Organize and manage contracts and T&Cs; streamline workflows in support of and in collaboration with the APAC Markets and the key departments of the company;
• Support the design and implementation of the Compliance program;
• Support the management of Intellectual Property project including operational assistance;
• Support on ad-hoc projects and general management, as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor of Law or relevant field;
• At least 3 years relevant experience working in a corporate legal department or a law firm;
• Comfortable using, and learning how to use and implement legal technology and databases;
• Proactive, customer oriented, team work, can-do attitude and willing to learn, problem solving skills and attention to details;
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Good speaking and writing communication in English.
