Mô tả công việc
• In charge of the hardware aspects of a business network.
• Responsible for evaluating and maintaining server performance.
• Responsible for updating the hardware that is used to maintain the network and servers.
• Troubleshooting any network and connectivity issues that may arise and providing solutions as quickly as possible for any errors that occur.
• Make sure that there is connectivity within the local area network, as well as to verify that an internet connection is functional throughout the entire company at all times.
• IT asset management. Develop and document procedures for routine operations including troubleshooting, support, and administration.
• Provide IT services for daily business activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer science, or a related technical discipline. Microsoft and Cisco certificates are preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team but also be highly-motivated and self-directed.
• Experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Skype for Business, Software License
• Experience in Helpdesk ticket management
• Specific knowledge of basic applications and hardware components of computer networks
• Microsoft Windows (Servers, workstation, applications) Virtualization (VMWare), TCP/IP protocol and configure network devices (Routers, Switches, Wireless…)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving
• Enthusiastic, honest, hard-working, high sense of responsibility for work
• Good communication in English
• Ability to work as part of a team but also be highly-motivated and self-directed.
