[PIAGGIO VIETNAM] C&B Supervisor

1. Ensure Payroll execution, benefits payment, and related reports delivered On-Time-In-Full (OTIF):
- Monthly payroll execution.
- Administer SI, HI, UI, labor reports to ensure full compliance with local legislations.
- Execute monthly personal income Tax declaration, compile annual personal income Tax finalization

2. Manage Company Benefits:
- Administer claims of Company Health Care Program and tracking record to ensure all claims are settled timely and comply with the insurance policies
- Ensure employee's welfare benefits in line with company policies
- Manage Company Travel policy

3. Manage HR Information system & Labor contract
- Ensure precision in managing employee information & contracts
- Manage internal labor rules & labor disciplinary follow up and action
- Be an advisor with internal functions related to C&B matters

4. C&B Policies/ Procedure (Optional)
- Study, propose, update reward policies & procedure responding to market trend, and best practices
- Facilitate performance review process & related salary review activities

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Accounting is preferable)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in C&B/ Payroll in FMCG/ manufacturing environment
- A careful person with excellence ability with Microsoft Excel
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to manage relationship with cross-functions & to work with different level of employees
- Good speaking and writing communications in English
