[PIAGGIO Vietnam] Accessories Business Development Supervisor

• Promotes/sells/secures orders from dealers through accessories sell out;
• Define & support dealer to push sales activities on vehicles accessories, helmets, apparels and merchandising;
• Analysis dealers’ sales performance and training dealer sales consultant about accessories;
• Monitoring of performances (KPI’s);
• Deployment of Accessories guidelines, analyze distribution channels and training dealer sales consultant to exploiting local opportunities for profitability and increase customer satisfaction;
• Maintain of the range of accessories product throughout their life cycle;
• Analyze and define price positioning;
• Making reports: analysis market/network/brand performance;
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups;
• Monitor the performance of the accessories on the market by sales volumes, market shares and profitability;
• Coordinate the phase-in/phase-out of Accessories, development of Accessories those are localized, working with cross functional team (product marketing, warehouse management, etc.).

• Bachelor of Business Management, Economics, Trading,…;
• Must be able to work and willingness to work flexible hours ;
• Have knowledge of basic hardware related products along with a willingness to learn;
• Previous experience in a retail environment will be advantage;
• A strong team player with minimal supervision ;
• Bilingual is a big plus;
• Good speaking and writing communication in English;
• Proactive, customer oriented, can-do attitude and willing to learn;
• Ability to work under pressure.
