• Developing contracts model and template;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with various stakeholders with specific focus on direct and indirect purchasing;
• Assisting the improvement of the current processes and systems, contributing to the improvement of the performances and effectiveness of the Legal Department and company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor of Law;
• At least 5 years relevant experience working in a corporate legal department or a law firm;
• Specific knowledge on agreement and T&C;
• Team worker, customer oriented, result driven and detailed focused;
• Able to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
