Physical Lab Engineer

Your Tasks

 

- Mechanical testing.
- Mixing NDT chemical solutions and renew.
- Prepare physical lab reports.
- Implement/perform work instruction from Physical lab engineer/specialist.
- Work closely with manufacturing to ensure consistent high quality.
- Drive the identification and resolution of manufacturing quality issues. .
- Study product and production failures, understand root causes and work with internal teams or suppliers to address. ( heat treatment line )
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze and interpret data independently.
- Anticipate potential problems and take preventative action

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or the equivalent in experience; advanced technical degree preferred.
- Effectively communicate to all levels in the organization and translate complex ideas into a simple easy to understand format.
- Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), FMEA, and Zero defects philosophy.
- 5S knowledge.
