The role holder will primarily be responsible for the costing for compensation scheme/contests for AD and different statistics, analysis. view details
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Costing different compensation schemes & contests for partners
- Costing different compensation schemes & contests for sales force
- Do statistics and analysis of sales performance of partners, sales force.
- Control budget
- Other tasks assigned by ADP Head, AD Head.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education, no. of year experience:
- University degree or above;
- Over 3 year experienced in data analyzing, life insurance.
Skills:
- Good communication skill
- Good at Mathematics
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis.
- Strong computer skill, especially in using Excel, Access, Power point.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skill
- Strong writing skill (Vietnamese & English).
Personal attributes
- Friendly, helpful and team work
- Positive attitude
- Oriented manner of accuracy and orderness
- University degree or above;
- Over 3 year experienced in data analyzing, life insurance.
Skills:
