Mô tả công việc
* Nhân viên IQC , OQC
- Collect and analyze the quality of production, requires the production
quality improvement.
- Daily, written report retest (causes and take action to improve)
- Internal auditor and reporting.
- Mass productor change control
- Make daily, weekly, monthly about reliability status
- Cooperate with related department to solving quality issues
- Revision of reliability standards etc, initial/ mass mechanical parts evaluation.
- Incoming material quality control and improvement
- Vendor audit Quality Management System.
* Nhân viên CS
- Consult on electricity, household appliances, CCTV information equipments.
- Receive response from about company’s products.
- Analyze causes, make report to improve issues at customer’s stages.
- Manage quality target.
- Carry out other required tasks
- Responsible for quality issues with customers

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor of engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Optics or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience with customer service, quality and reliability testing, in quality control on production line and outgoing products,experience with electronic devices materials (e.g., mobile phone, set top box, home appliance, etc) and vendor audit Quality Management System
- Mechanical stress tests, shock/drop/vibration testing and environmental testing.
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly monitoring Quality KPIs
- Support Development team for testing & validation, Combine with global team & Hanoi team to look for solutions to fix quality issues
- Enable understanding technical materials
- Understand QA/QC job
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly monitoring Quality KPIs
- Experience in coming on the scene, supporting network technique
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good at English or Korean in order to understand technical materials
- Live in Bac Ninh or Bac Giang
- 1-3 years of experience with customer service, quality and reliability testing, in quality control on production line and outgoing products,experience with electronic devices materials (e.g., mobile phone, set top box, home appliance, etc) and vendor audit Quality Management System
