We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Director of Marketing to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A Assistant Director of Marketing should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
Assistant Director of Marketing will be mainly in charge of MKT content and digital marketing includes but not limited to:
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Handle content marketing for Brand (Flamingo Dai Lai Resort and upcoming projects) – copywriting for brand collaterals
- Create content marketing for all strategic and tactical campaigns throughout the year (copywriting both in English & Vietnamese).
- Develop advertising concept
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Create script for TVC/clip/event
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- To be in charge of all marketing activities for OTA channels (co-work with OTA Sales)
- To be in charge of building a new website together with manager (She/he will be in charge of searching qualified website agencies and propose quotations, and execution of website building). She will be in charge of website once it would be completed
- To be in charge of SEO, search engines to boost more traffic and ranking for our new website
- To be in charge of Email marketing (email blast)
- In charge of styling for photoshoot (if require)
- Manage the entire database include sales database & in-house guest database (for email marketing campaign)
- Undertake individual tasks and monthly Marketing report as assigned

- We need a MAKETER who has Creativity, Determination, Persuasion, Social Perceptiveness (Copywriters need to have their finger on the pulse, so that their copy is relevant and modern, and understand how people will react to their writing) and excellent Writing Skills (you need to write well: with proper tone, feeling, sentence structure and emotion. Grammar counts). All in You!
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
