PG Management Staff

Be responsible of all PG team operation for Small Home Appliances products:
• Survey & classify the store sale-out potential for PG investment
• Interview, recruit new PG and evaluate PG regularly;
• Manage tool kits for PG (uniform, name badge, tablets…);
• Manage PG operation by system/ site checking
• Check the in-store issues with PG and immediately solve with Dealer/ Sales PIC;
• Set up & follow monthly sale target & result for PG by outlet/ category;
• Have weekly meeting with PG to summarize market intelligent, sale & display situation and report to related one to solve the issues if any;
• Other tasks as assigned

• Graduated from University;
• Have 1 year experience of PG management or recruitment
• Have experience of working in agency/ vendor company is a plus;
• Have sense of sale orientation;
• Very good communication & leadership skill in Vietnamese and English;
• Very good skill on Microsoft Office ( Excel & Power Point…);
• Be willing to travel for business frequently.
