Mô tả công việc
Be responsible of Field Force jobs of HA (Refrigerator & Washer) Category – CATEGORY HEAD:
1. Outlet & Promoter (PG) management:
• Manage a team of PG Leaders & 300 PGs
• Survey & evaluate the outlet’s display & sale-out potential for PG investment
• Cooperate with vendors to Recruit & Training & Allocate PG based on outlet sale-out performance.
• Supervise PG’s working by system / real site checking and solve issues at outlets.
• Monthly set up sale-out target & weekly track sale-out data to support PG & outlet on time.
• Monthly evaluate sale-out performance & KPI of all PG to finalize payroll.
• Analyze sale/display/market price data to propose ideas for valued-up Outlet Sale-out capability
2. Shopfront & Display:
• Manage display samples & showcases by unique guideline & consensus with MKT & Sale
• Manage New lauching & strategic models (display / sale-out / market feedback)
• Manage of receivery & implementation all POSM related to Fridge & Washer products.
3. Others
• Support managers in other required company tasks
• Event - seminars support for Field Force & Sale & MKT

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Have at least 1 year experience in PG management or Trade Marketing jobs
• Have experience of working in agency / vendor company is a plus
• Have sense of sale orientation
• Very good skill on Excel (Pivot table using is a must)
• Willing to learn & high passion to follow career path of Trade / Field Force / Sale
• Willing to travel for business frequently
