Job Description:
- Assist the Managing Director in daily management activities
- Support the Administration Manager in managing office administration work and related issues
- Set up and attend all internal weekly management meetings, monthly safety meetings and follow up implementation of all the issues discussed. Keep records of meeting minutes
- Set up external meetings, participate in organizing important events for the company
- Implement specific project management assigned by the Managing Director
- Take care of insurance and clinic service and work attendant report for expatriate staff
- Support for labour safety and fire safety activities
- Responsible for interpretation and translation of all official letters, documents, proposals, communication to Managing Director
- Responsible for documentation and filing of hard and soft copies of related activities
- Any other tasks as required by the Managing Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated in relating field
- Having at least 2 years’ experience in ADM / same position
- Good at English (both spoken and writing, translation), writing minutes
- Good at Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, …)
- Good looking and good command of office keeping
- Honest, Pro-active, enthusiastic, hardworking, good time management.
