Mô tả công việc

Provide executive secretarial, administrative, logistic, and protocol support to the Managing Director, including but not limited to meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, collating of speeches and briefing materials as well as supporting documentation for the Managing Director on official trips and meetings in liaison with responsible staff and others

Accountabilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to Managing Director and ensure all secretarial / administrative requirements are met.

· Prepare confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, visa and hotel reservations.
· Arrange meetings, and taking minutes.
· Provide translation and interpretation support to the Managing Director (English - Vietnamese).
· Liaising with suppliers / government departments.
· Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc functions as and when required.
· Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
· In charge of internal communication, events & town hall in Head Office

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Secretariat, Business Administration, English or equivalent.
Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent management skills and ability to schedule priorities
Ability to multitask, solve problem and meet deadlines.
Mature, meticulous and organised with at least 2 years of related working experience.
Professionalism in appearance and attitude.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and communication skills.
Able to show initiative and work well under pressure.
