Mô tả công việc
- Act as Personal Assistant to the General Manager and provide full secretarial assistance and administrative support.
- Co-ordinate and arrange all activities relating to the General Manager’s office.
- Co-ordinate guest recognition program to ensure appropriate welcome greeting and amenities in place for guest history guests and VIPs in conjunction with the Guest Relations Manager.
- Provide secretarial support to other Executive Committee Members, as needed; Supervise EO Secretaries and control the office.
- Provide secretarial support to other Excom, as needed.
- Liaise with Executive Committee, Department Heads and Staff for necessary follow up on queries/deadlines/requests and special functions instigated by the General Manager’s office.
- Liaise with Executive Committee and Department Heads to ensure reporting deadlines to Regional office are met;
- Co-ordinate and compile General Manager’s Monthly Report and Owner Monthly Management Report for General Manager’s input and review.
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements for General Manager, Executive Committee and Staff as requested.
- Process the Guest Questionnaires, including review of responses prior to General Manager’s review and signature.
-Prepare responses to guest correspondence for General Manager’s review and signature, as needed.
- Co-ordinate Welcome Letters/Notes for all VIPs and Guest History guests, and ensure appropriate welcome amenities in place.
- Handle VIP accommodation/restaurant reservations.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the General Manager and Hotel Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- At least 3 year experience in similar position.
- Self-starter, well-organized, extremely detail-oriented, and assertive team player willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and set appropriate trace systems to track projects and work.
- Due to the confidential nature of the General Manager function, absolute discretion must be exercised with all documents and information.
- Excellent time management, organizational, coordination, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Possess excellent computer skills.
- At least 3 year experience in similar position.
