Mô tả công việc
In this role, you will gain lots of ad-hoc work experience and knowledge, more confidence to deal with problems, how to handle tasks effectively, improve significantly communication, time management, research and planning skills.
- Prepare and propose financial models to GD
- Collect financial documents and reports from different departments and review in advance before submitting to GD;
- Organize and attend meetings, ensure the GD is well prepared for meetings and take meeting minutes
- Organize & maintain diaries and make appointment/ meeting/ conference calls/ travel plans
- Coordinate/ liaise with other Heads of departments, clients, partners
- Translate documents/ prepare draft letters or work as an interpreter when necessary
- Research information as requested in assigned projects
- Welcome and look after visitors
- Assist the GD in ad-hoc projects when necessary

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Bachelor's Degree on Finance and Accounting or other related fields
- IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or above
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese)
- Ability to work under pressure with good time management skill to meet deadline
- Excellent researching skill
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Results and detail oriented
- Analysis and synthesis skills
- Good presentation skills in both speaking and writing
- Proactive and independent at work, can-do attitude with and open mind in learning new knowledge
