Mô tả công việc
• Be responsible for email responses
• Assist in the preparation of presentation, paperwork and meeting materials
• Translate written and verbal communications between English and Vietnamese for training, meetings, presentations and as required
• Support to make and check timesheet for PT staff
• Work with Master trainers to follow up training schedule and admin tasks
• Coordinate with related department to make smooth operations in work
• Assist to Director of PT Service (Fitness) other important tasks as her assignation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College Degree up
• Passionate in Fitness is a plus
• Female candidates with good attitude is preferred
• Be willing to move between clubs of California fitness
• Good in English both written and verbal
• Good Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point skills
• Have knowledge of administration, good interpersonal and communication skills
