Job Purpose:
- Personal Assistant assist Head of Function/Directors in their daily work.
- Supports in planning and execution of these plans.
- Leads and coordinates with other junior admins in sales department to identify operational efficiencies and drive improvements throughout this team.
- The position will also collaborate closely with other departments and external clients to convey information, instructions from the Directors/Head of Function to Department Heads and other related persons.
Job Responsibilities:
Keep and file confidential and important documents.
Lead the Admin team and identify/execute operational process improvements.
Travel logistics arrangement & payment process.
Payment process for all business matter.
Business meeting & appointment arrangement.
Play an active role in meeting minute.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree.
Have at least 2 years working experience in similar roles.
Good administration knowledge and skills.
Good in administration tasks management.
Excellent communication and interpretation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Good MS Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Experienced in a professional and multi-cultural working environment.
Active and quick-minded.
Have at least 2 years working experience in similar roles.
Good administration knowledge and skills.
Good in administration tasks management.
Excellent communication and interpretation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Good MS Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Experienced in a professional and multi-cultural working environment.
