1. Assistant to RBVN/GM
- maintain working calendar
- travel arrangements
- presentation, minutes of meeting, OPL (Open point list) updates
- expense claim reports, gratuities report
- internal/external meeting appointments and arrangements
- maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Coordination of Board member(s) and top management’s visits to Vietnam
2. Manage daily operation of Managing Director (MD) office
- incoming calls and mails to MD office
- documents required MD’s approval and/or company seals
3. Leading Operational Efficiency Initiatives for MD Department
4. Admin Responsibilities for MD lead events like Country Management Meeting, Townhall, Dept. Team Building, etc.,
5. Leading PA Network on Bosch Vietnam and driving best practices

1. Education: University
2. Work Experience: 3 – 5 years in the similar role
3. Languages: Vietnamese, English
4. Hardware / Software Skills: MS Office, Outlook, ect.
5. Special Skills: N/A
6. Personality:
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to coordinate with various personalities, cultures, departments, and functions
- attention to details, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
- ability to work under pressure and independently and handle complex situations
- flexibility in terms of working hours or schedule
