Mô tả công việc
1. Schedule and prioritize meetings and work assignments for the Director. Serve as the primary point of initial contact on matters pertaining to the Director
2. Manage Director calendar and team calendars as requested
3. Provide clerical support to Director, meeting note taker. Assist with file management for Director
4. Assist Director in preparation for board meetings, weekly MOM and other executive materials and presentations
5. Support to deploy the Director’s decisions to across the operational & supporting teams. Monitor activity plans and reports when breakdowns or performance results
6. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Director including: facilitate open communication between individuals within the Retail Operations department, as well as to other departments in the company
7. Manage multiple projects for the Director. Follows up with the Director and Functional Directors on various projects and tasks
8. Provide assistance and represents the Director, as appropriate, in communicating with internal and external customers
9. Independently research, prioritize and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Director
10. Assist in resolving any administrative issues as directed
11. Check and manage reports, documents before submitting to Director for approval and signatures
12. Perform other tasks as assigned by Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: University or upper
Professional major: Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Related experiences:
At least 1-2 years of experience at the same position in retail chains. Priority is given to candidates having knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Essential Capabilities:
Effective at planning, report writing, deployment skills
Good at communication, presentation, negotiation skills
Creative thinking, continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
Integrity, enthusiasm, responsibility, able to work under high pressure
Professional major: Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Related experiences:
