Personal Assistant For Country Manager

VTEXCO is in the business of knitted fabric manufacturing in Vietnam, predominantly in Nha Trang City, Nhon Trach District and Ho Chi Minh City.

The Personal Assistant will support the Country Manager to communicate, monitor implementation and ensure successful implementation of all its initiatives. Frequently the PA will act as translator during business meeting and work discussion.

The candidate is expected to work in Vinh Phuong Village, and some short trip business travel to Ho Chi Minh City.

The PA needs to liaise with:-
- Internal staff in the knitting, dyeing and finishing department.
- Business units in the Nha Trang Textile & Garment JSC and Phong Phu Corporation.
- Affiliated company in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam
- International and domestic supplier, customers and buyers

Proficient and fluent in English and Vietnamese languages.
Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage but not a must.

Knowledge of HR, Admin, Accounting, Logistics, Customs and Tax matters will be preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of people.
Disciplined, resourceful and able to work tight deadlines and under pressure.
Well-organized, highly-focused, multi-task.
Comfortable in a textile and apparel manufacturing environment.
