Performance Marketing Executive

Ru9 is looking for the Performance Marketing Executive to join our team of dreamers.  

In this role, you will be focused on driving Ru9’s customer base through execution and deployment of Paid Channels: Facebook & Google Ads. We are looking for a candidate who is highly analytical to make meaningful data-driven decisions on our monthly media budget. Our ideal candidate has a strong mathematical and data analysis background and is previously experienced with Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.

What you will be doing when you are not sleeping:

• Develop SEM & Paid Social funnel strategy
• Daily manage the channels to maximize paid performance and drive efficient customer acquisition via online channels
• Build data measurement dashboards via Sheets and Data Studio
• Identify key metrics for deep-dive analysis to make meaningful decisions
• Monitor industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape, and proactively work to keep the team constantly updated on changes in digital marketing space

• Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Desire to learn and build expertise in Performance Marketing
• Experienced with Facebook Ad Manager or Google Adwords & Google Analytics
• Data visualization skills with Data Studio or Sheets is a plus
• Familiarity or interested in playing around with different attribution methodologies and different measurement approaches (e.g. LTV, ROAS) as well as online-to-offline measurement, and a strong POV on the optimal ways to measure SEM & Paid Social
• Start-up and eCommerce experience is preferred
